Soliman Plastic Surgery – Our Policy

We are keen to receive your feedback as it can help us improve our services and patient experience. We understand that healthcare is a personal and sensitive matter.

Our complaints policy has been designed to ensure that any concerns are handled fairly, respectfully, and efficiently and we commit to taking every complaint seriously, treating all parties involved with dignity and respect. Every patient has the right to voice their concerns and be heard.

Providing Feedback and Sharing Concerns

  • We welcome you to openly talk about any surgical concerns you might have with Dr Soliman.
  • For non-surgery-related matters, please feel free to reach out to our practice manager – we are here to help.
  • In most cases, effective solutions stem from open conversations. We truly value listening and understanding.
  • If, by any chance, your concern isn’t fully resolved or demands a more formal review, you have the option to submit a written complaint to our Practice.
  • To assist us in addressing the matter thoroughly, please remember to include your name, contact details, and a clear description of the issue. Your feedback is vital in helping us improve.

If you are not satisfied with the response of your surgeon or the practice, you may escalate your complaint to the State or Territory Health Care Complaints Commission and/or Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) below:
